A sour of blended scotch whisky, lemon juice and honey-ginger syrup and more, shaken. Sours balance spirit, citrus and sugar, often with egg white for a silky foam.

shaken · Rocks glass · garnish: Candied ginger
Shake all but the Islay whisky with ice, strain over fresh ice and float the Islay on top.
